Return & Refund Policy
- All On Point Holsters products are made to order. Please carefully verify your firearm model, light, optic, color, handedness, and other selections before submitting your order.
Returns:
- Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Products must be returned in their original condition and may not show excessive wear, damage, modification, or alteration.
Custom Orders:
- Custom-made or specially configured products may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for return or refund.
Shipping:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was shipped by On Point Holsters.
Fitment:
- Firearm modifications, aftermarket parts, optics, lights, compensators, threaded barrels, or other accessories may affect holster fit. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct firearm and accessory configuration when ordering.
Defective or Incorrect Products:
- If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, contact On Point Holsters so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All returns must be approved by On Point Holsters before being sent back.
